Wouldn't it be GREAT if you could eat a DELICIOUS dessert that had NO
inflammatory or toxic ingredients, just good ole' vegan, natural products like
quinoa flour, applesauce, coconut sugar and 100% dark vegan chocolate?
WELL NOW THERE IS! Welcome to my little Vegan, Organic Healthy Dessert company;
"The Laughing Vegans!"
HOW THIS CAME ABOUT:
I became my mother's full-time caretaker for 11 years. During that time, I
insisted on giving her food that would make her healthy and happy. Trying to
find healthy desserts WITHOUT all the inflammatory, toxic ingredients became a
real challenge.
Cue the plant based/vegan dessert course, hundreds of dollars’ worth of
disasters that went into the trash and 6 years later...
I have FINALLY perfected my mother’s favorite dessert:
DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!
After also giving them to neighbors, friends, auto mechanics, marines,
construction workers, moms and kids... many of whom were NOT vegans or into
healthy eating... with just about ALL asking for more... AND at the urging of my
now deceased mother, here I am! Starting my own little vegan dessert company.
When I finally perfected this recipe, my mother loved them and asked for them
almost daily. She constantly encouraged me to sell them so other people could
enjoy them also. My mother was 99 1/2 years young when she left us.
The initial reception and acceptance of my chocolate chip cookies has been
overwhelmingly phenomenal and for that, my mother and I thank you.
I know my mother is looking down and smiling from ear to ear right about now!
Thank you for trying my cookies and thank you for feeding your body healthy
foods.
